What box do you wish existed?

There are so many boxes out there.  You can get boxes for kitty litter, nail polish, car stuff, and so much more.  Is there a box out that that you wish existed?  I thought this would be a fun question to ask.  Maybe there is a box already for what you want, if so, I will let you know.  I would love to see a photography box.  I love photography and think a box of photography gadget/fun stuff would be great.  Just post in comments. the box you would love to see made, and I will make a post with the answers next Friday.

“Our goal for Project DIY , whether you're a DIY master or just getting started, is to deliver subscribers everything they need to create stylish and unique accessories each month” -Juliana Pereira, Creative Director for Project DIY.
Project DIY is more than just am accessories craft box.  The website is an amazing resource to find tips on how to wear the pieces, how to customize your pieces, how to directions and all the past collections.  Even since finishing my pieces, I have been checking out the website for fashion inspiration for my new pieces.
Project DIY used the theme Autumn in New York for their first box.  The experts at Project DIY were inspired by horse drawn carriage rides through Central Park and all the latest equestrian looks from countless top designers.

First Look

I was very impressed with Project DIY with my first look.  The box is quite study and I loved all the beautiful graphics.  I could tell M & J Trimming put thought, care, and quality into this box.

The Information Card
This card was too beautiful to leave in the box.  I have it sitting on my desk.  I love fall!
The back of the card
Project DIY included a letter to the subscriber, telling them all about this month's theme and inspiration
There were 3 projects in the box.
Equestrian Charm Necklace
I was really excited to make this.  I love the equestrian look, and this piece is just my style.
Suede Tassel Key chain
I love how this piece is so versatile.  There are so many different colors, it will go with almost any purse.  On a side note, I really love the purse in the picture too.  I wonder who makes it?
Horseshoe Wrap Bracelet
This goes great with the necklace and I love this too.
Starter Kit-$20.00 (free with coupon below)
The starter kit is a separate purchase and will include all the tools needed for the projects.  These are nice heavy duty tools.  I will have all the information to order at the end of the review.  I have a coupon code that will let you get the starter kit FREE!
Making the Projects
*Note: All the instructions for the projects are found online at http://guides.mjprojectdiy.com/c/Project_DIY or on their app.
The Guide
There is a guide on the inside of each packet.  The guide tell you what items you need, how difficult it it, and how much time it will take you. There is also a measuring tool.  This project is very easy and takes 15 mins.
The Materials
Project DIY includes all the materials you need for the project.
Coming Together

I liked that all the instructions were online.  This made it easier to complete the projects.  You can download their app on your phone and complete the projects when you are out and about.

\
Starting to look like a necklace
Finished
The necklace was very easy to make and took a little less time than predicted.
The Guide

This was moderate in difficulty and was estimated 25 mins to complete
The Materials
Even though this was a more difficult project than the necklace, there were far fewer parts
Coming together
Wrapping the gold wire around the leather was the trickiest part.  My finished piece isn't quite as perfect as the picture, but I like it.
Finished
This bracelet came out really nice.  I liked all the details in it.
The Guide
The suede and tassel key chain has a moderate difficulty and takes an estimated 25 mins to complete.
The Materials
I was really nervous to do this project.  I didn't know if my tassels would come out as pretty as the ones in the picture.
Finished
This one was a bit tricky with the tassels.  Mine isn't as polished and pretty as the picture, but I still like it.
The Completed Collection
The Entire Box
I love the quality of the pieces.  I would purchase these pieces if I saw them in a store.

Final Thought: This is one of my favorite subscriptions.  The quality of everything is outstanding.  The customer service has been top notch as well.  I love that the instructions were online.  This makes it easier to complete the projects where ever you are.  You could easily drop a packet in your purse, and make a necklace while waiting for your doctor.  Project DIY makes it easy to print out the instructions, if you like having everything in paper form.  Project DIY is only $30.00 a month.  If you are interested in signing up, click HERE and use the code MJDIY8 to save 40%.  That makes your starter kit free!

Binkabox Review and Discount Code

Binkabox is a new children's subscription box that delivers unique, handmade items for children.  Each box is curated by age and there are so many cute items.  I was given the 4 year old girl premium box to review. There are different subscription plans, their information is listed below.  Every item comes with a little card explaining what it is.  I only received 3 of the 6 cards with my box.  I contacted Binkabox and they were very responsive.  They said they would work on that not happening again and gave me the information for the other three items.  I like when I company is responsive to any issues.

The Details:
What is in the box? “With the Starter Box, each month you and your little one will receive 1 to 2 kid-friendly items that we hand-pick for babies and toddlers (from newborn to age 5).  With the Standard Box, each month you and your little one will receive 3 to 4 kid-friendly items that we hand-pick for babies and toddlers. Finally, with the Premium Box, each month you and your little one will receive 5 to 6 kid-friendly items that we hand-pick for babies and toddlers. These products are customized for your little one based on your child’s age and gender.”

When is the cut off date to order?  5th of the month

When will I get my box?  Between the 17th and the 22nd of the month

What are the subscription plans?  See picture below

First Look
Child Butterfly Mask $8.00
This butterfly mask is very cute and perfect for pretend play.
Rainbow Heart Infinity Scarf $20.00
I actually didn't know this was a scarf, when I first saw it.  I don't wear scarfs and I have boys, so some girly stuff is lost on me.  I showed this to my friend (she has a 4 year old daughter).  My friend said her daughter would love it. That's good enough for me!
Red Apple Hair Clip $4.00
This cute little apple hair clip, is perfect for a little girl going to preschool.
Felt Bookmarks $5.00
These are little bookmarks.  There is an opening at the top, you slip over a page.  These would be good for charter books, a tooth fairy pillow, or a little pocket to stick little treasures.  My son would use it for rocks or pennies.  I imagine a little girl might use it for hair clips, money or pixie dust.
Rose Hair Bow Holder $6.50
This would be perfect to hang with a little girl's collection of hair bows.  From what I understand, the average 4 year old girl has several of these bow holders.
Reusable Snack Bag $6.00
This has a nice rubber-type lining, making it easy to clean.  Perfect for Goldfish, granola, or any other snack food.
The Box

Final Though:  The total value of the box was $49.50.  That is over the $44.00 price, plus you save on shipping.  Shipping would add up fast with different sellers on Etsy.  I showed the box to two moms of 4 year old girls.  Both mom's indicated that their daughters would like this box.  I love that each item is unique, and not something found in commercial stores.  If you want unique, handmade products for your child, try Binkabox.  Save 10% by using code BINKA.

September Ashton Kutcher Fancy Box

I was excited to get the Ashton Kutcher A+ Fancy Box box this month.  This box is for my husband and I was really hoping it was better than last month.  The Ashton Kutcher A+ Fancy box is $39.00 a month plus shipping.  You can use FOLLOWUP10 to save 10% on your first box.
First Look
Fancy packs alot of brown paper in each Fancy box.  I wish they would use a smaller box or less paper.  It seems a bit wasteful.
Clicker TV Remote Bottle Opener $25.00
From Ashton “Sundays in the fall are all about securing a spot on the couch, and not moving until the final whistle is blown..  With this tv remote/bottle opener-in-one, staying planted just got much easier, so pass me another cold one-game's on, and I'm not going anywhere”

C loves this remote.  I tend to hog ours, so he has his own now.  I imagine him sitting on the couch with the remote, watching his favorite shows with a beer…in pure happiness.
Shot Flask $25.00

From Ashton” Why choose to sneak a swig when you can pour your beverage of choice into a stealthy 2 oz cup?

C loves this too.  It is a flask and a shot glass in 1.  I see all kinds of fun with this.
Apron Guide $26.00
From Ashton “Need to know how long to roast that chicken, steam those vegetables, defrost those ribs? Just look down”
C and I both like this.  I am not the best cook, so I think this is a great tool for me too.  The information is upside down on the apron, you lift it up and can read it.
The Box

Final Thought: C really liked this box.  It had a total value $76.00!  Every item in this box will be used.  That is my idea of a great box.  My husband loves tech/gadgets.  If there is stuff like this in every box, he will be a happy man.  If you are interested in signing up for The Ashton Kutcher A+ Box or any Fancy box, click HERE.  Use the code FOLLOWUP10 to save 10% on your first box.
