Bestowed is a subscription box full of healthy snack, food and beverages. It was founded by Heather Bauer. Heather is a registered dietitian and a best selling author of two books: The Wall Street Diet (Hyperion 2008) and Bread is the Devil (St. Martin's Press 2012). I was really excited when Bestowed asked me to review their box. This month, everything in the box is 100% GMO free! You might be wondering, what is a gmo? I didn't know myself, until recently. A GMO, is a “genetically modified organism”. It is plants or animals that have had DNA from bacteria, viruses, or other plants and animals, genetically engineered into the product. You can visit http://www.nongmoproject.org/ to learn more.

Information Guide
More Details
This is my favorite information guide of all subscription boxes. It has why they love each product (a full paragraph). They also include several places to buy the products, not just their own website. Lastly, there are tips on how to use each product. There was also information about GMOs in the book.
This has 11.5 ozs! I was really surprised that the package was so big. I don't like coconut, so I expecting to hate this. It's actually not bad. My husband really likes it and he also doesn't like coconut. There are 14 grams of protein in a serving and has low sodium. Nature's Path donates the equivalent of food to a food bank across America, for every bag Love Crunch sold. They are also sponsoring GMO OMG, a documentary about a dad unearthing the truth about GMOs and what is in our food. The movie will be in select theaters in October!
Again, I judged the package before eating. I don't eat black beans, I am a picky eater. I tasted these chips and they are so good! I ate them right out of the bag and with salsa. I could eat them any way. These are also loaded with protein and omega 3's! I am buying more of these.
I haven't tried this yet, but I will. You can mix this with orange juice, a smoothie or your morning cereal. This is packed with 10 amino acids as well.
I love spicy food, so these smoky chili and lime chickpeas are an A+ in my book. These only have 150 calories and 6 grams of fat in each serving. These also come in sea salt and sweet cinnamon.
These are AMAZING! Seriously, you have to try these. These are peanut butter cups without the junk like hydrogenated oils, corn syrup, GMOs, or artificial colors and flavors. Bestowed also included a recipe to use the unreal cups to make Peanut Butter Quinoa Cookies. Unfortunately, my peanut butter cups didn't make it for the recipe. They are outstanding.
This stuff is crazy good. This is an allergen friendly snack! L would really like this and I love that it doesn't have nuts. The seeds and fruit together make an amazing mix. I am going to order more of this. I love finding healthy snacks that I am willing to eat on a regular basis. Bestowed also suggested adding this to Greek yogurt or add to homemade pumpkin bread before putting it in the oven.
Bestowed mentioned that it is marathon season. I am actually a runner, although I am going from my first 5k to my first 5 mile race. Baby steps. Anyway, I was thrilled to get a product for runners. This helps replenish your body with 8 essential electrolytes. This is free from sugar and artificial ingredients. You mix a tablespoon with cold water, and you can drink this while running.
Coupons $10.00 for subscription

Final Thought: The total value for this box is $26.39. This is one of my favorite food boxes. I love the educational information that Bestowed sends. The quality of the food are top notch and I love that they include several places to buy each snack. I really felt Bestowed cares about their product, education and the health of it's subscribers. I would highly recommend trying Bestowed. You can try Bestowed for only $10.00, just use the code HELLOTEN103. This code expires 11/20. If you want to sign up, just click the picture below.

I wasn't thrilled when I saw the coconut chips. I was a bit worried about the box.
I could only find these for sale on Love with Food's website, but it didn't state how many bags you would receive. These are chocolate, light, crispy, Italian waffle cookies. Did I mention they are under 100 calories?
New World Caveman Cookies 78 cents each ($1.56 total)
These are part of the paleo diet. These are made with pumpkin seeds and maple syrup. I am not a big fan of pumpkin, but these were pretty good.
I have received these in my Taste Trunk. They are really good and are already gone.
Coupons $4.99 value for free entree
I received 3 coupons:
*1 Free Lean Cuisine Honestly Good Entree ($4.99 value)
*$1.00 off 2 Happysqueeze products

Final Thought The total value for this box is $17.57. This wasn't my favorite Love with Food box, but it wasn't bad either. I like the chocolate waffle chips and the kind bar the best. My kids liked the pouch and candy. My husband liked the caveman cookies and gum. It's fun to have a box that the whole family can enjoy. Ipsy is a fun little subscription. It's only $10.00 a month and you get an assortment of samples and full size beauty products. One of my favorite things about Ipsy, is everything comes in a cute beauty bag. This month's theme was the Art of Beauty.
I love this product. It moisturizes so deeply and leaves my skin silky smooth. I am going to buy this in the full size ($36.00). This is a big hit with other too. It is rated a 4.8 out of 5 on the H2O website with 83 reviews.
This is my first Zoya nail polish. I have been wanting to try them for awhile. This is a big flashy for my finger nails, so I am going to use it for a pedicure.
I am not thrilled with this product. I straighten my hair and I am not sure I will use this. Maybe I will curl my hair one day and use it.
The Bag
I like the colors of the bag this month, but the phrase on it is different
The Whole Bag
Final Thought The total value for my bag this month is $35.20! I loved Ipsy this month. The H20 cream is amazing and I love having full size products of the lip gloss and nail polish. Citrus Lane changed up their boxes this month. There normal yellow stripe has turned pink for Breast Cancer Awareness month. Citrus Lane also made some pink “bowstaches” for kids to wear. They are pink for Breast Cancer Awareness month and they are mustaches for Men's Health Awareness month in November. You can take a picture of your child in the “bowstaches” and post them to Citrus Lane's Facebook page.
This is rated for 24 months and up. Even thought T is only 19 months, I think he is close enough to enjoy this. I would rather have a toy too old, than too young
L gets a few magazines, but I haven't seen any for T. This is rated for 6 months to 3 years. It is made with sturdy pages, that will be hard to rip. It has stories and other fun things inside.
These are advertised as a healthier chip. I am not a fan but L likes them. I will let T try them, and see what he things. They have a sweet flavor when you first eat them.
Whole Box
Final Thought This was one of the best months of Citrus Lane. The total value for this box was $35.41. This is a pretty nice value, considering the box cost $25.00. T is going to love the water bugs and the boat whistle. If you want to try Citrus Lane, click here and use the code TAKEHALF to take 50% off your first box.

My son always gets excited when he sees the Kiwi Crate box. This month's theme was Glowing Animals. Kiwi Crate packs so much fun stuff in one box, I don't know how they only charge $19.95 a month. L was so excited to get his Kiwi Crate, he did all the projects in one day. If you are new to Kiwi Crate, you can use this link to save $10.00 on your first box.
First Look
There is always an information card on top, that tells you what projects are in the box. This month, there was my glowing friend and my racing jellyfish.
Cut Outs
The back of the information card has cut outs your child can color and use to play with the inside of the box.
Inside the box
Kiwi Crate always has a picture in the bottom of the boxes, that you child can use to play with their cut outs.

My Glowing Firefly
There was a bonus activity in the Explore magazine, to make a glowing firefly
My Firefly Paint Jar
There was another project idea in the Explore magazine, to make a firefly paint jar. This looks really fun.
My Glowworm Friend
The first project was my glowworm friend. It was low on parental involvement and low on the messiness scale. Your child make a little glowworm friend, that really glows.
Stuffing
L enjoyed stuffing the glowworm. It was really easy too.
Coloring
Kiwi Crate included 3 markers to decorate the glowworm
Cesar
L names his glowworm Cesar. He slept with him last night too. Great Craft
My Racing Jellyfish
You child makes 2 jelly fish that can race against each other. This had low messiness and medium parent involvement.
Sample Instructions
Assembly
The jelly fish racers were a bit hard to do, but L stuck with it and had fun.
Finished
To race, each person pulls the strings away from each other, and the jelly fish goes up. The person who gets to the top first wins. L won 3 out of 4 races (Fair and Square)

The Citrus Lane boxes looked a bit different this month. Instead of the normal yellow band, there was a pink band for Breast Cancer Awareness month. Citrus made little “bowstaches” for you child to wear. They are pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the mustache is for Men's Health Awareness month in November. You can go to Citrus Lane‘s Facebook page and upload a picture of your child and their “bowstache”. This box is for a 4 year old boy.
My son has the Cloud B turtle, and he loves it. L was very excited to see this Octopus. He slept with this tonight. This is a nice travel size and will be going with us for future trips. This would make a nice night light too. I also like it has a big value
L currently gets a couple of magazines, but we don't subscribe to this. Ladybug is a part of cricket. This magazine has little stories, poems and activities. This looks cute and reminds me of Highlights.
This is my son's favorite item of the box. I have seen this brand on Amazon before, and almost bought it. My son loves harmonicas and playing music. This has been played with ALL DAY.
The Whole Box
Final Thought: The total value for this box was $31.90. The value isn't huge but my son adored this box. His face truly lit up when he saw everything in it. The fact that I got more value than the $25.00 is a nice bonus. The October Citrus Lane was a great hit with my son. If you want to try Citrus Lane, click here and use the code TAKEHALF to take 50% off your first box.
